Threats or limiting factors
There are 9 occurrences of Boechera lincolnensis reported in Utah within the last 40 years. There are 7 of these occurrences that are within cattle grazing allotments. There is 1 occurrence near an oil or gas well location, and 1 near a retired mineral mine permit. Both of these occurrences look undisturbed from aerial imagery. All of these occurrences are near Utah roads, 5 of which are major roads and 4 of which are near multi-use trails. Drought and climate change is also a threat and likely impacting this species through out it's range (Wrobleski, 2023).
