All applications for Utah hunting or fishing guides, outfitters and spotters must be submitted by March 31 of the year during which services will be rendered. Once your application has been approved, you will be contacted about the required fees. Certificates of Registration are valid from April 1 of the year they are issued to March 31 of the following year.
