Species range
Eriogonum hylophilum is endemic to the Tavaputs Plateau in Utah which falls within Duchesne, Millard, and Uintah counties.
Threats or limiting factors
Threats include potential impacts from grazing, energy development, mining, drought and recreation. All occurrences are on green river shale formation in a major oil and gas producing area of the state. Some occurrences near roads may be impacted by OHV use and maintenance.
