This species is known to occur at a single locality in the Abajo Mountains and 2 localities in the La Sal Mountains. Because the species has been recently described, the full distribution of this species is probably incompletely known.
Threats or limiting factors
Specific threats are not known. As with most stoneflies, this species may be susceptible to changes in aquatic habitat and water quality resulting from grazing, timber harvest, mining, recreation, etc.
