Species range

Endemic to Millard County, Utah.

Threats or limiting factors

Primary threats include impacts to habitat from grazing, drought, recreation, invasive weeds like Salsola tragus and Bromus spp., and mining (URPD 2025).

Two hinged lateral shells and a wedged shaped "foot". Bivalves lack tentacles and a head.
