Utah prairie dog clearance request form

Fill out and submit to request development clearance. Please allow up to two weeks, weather permitting, for surveys to be completed and clearances issued.

All currently issued clearances will lapse at midnight on April 1, 2027. Another Utah prairie dog clearance will be required unless continuous, uninterrupted construction begins prior to this date.
