Answers to common questions about GRAMA
A: GRAMA (Government Records Access Management Act) is a law passed by the Utah State legislature to enable public access to government records.
A: Fill out the GRAMA request form, and submit it.
A: Legally, we have up to 10 business days from the day we receive the request to respond. If it takes longer than that for us to prepare the requested information, we will notify you within those 10 business days.
A: Some requests result in fees. Fee amounts depend on how long it takes to fill the requests and how much work they require. See the fee schedule.
A: Requests for guzzler locations, age classification on any species, GPS locations on any species and permittee information outside the opt-in report.
