Availability and directions
Hours
- Tuesday-Saturday: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Sunday, Monday and holidays: Closed
The nature trails may be used during daylight hours any day of the week and on holidays.
The entry gate opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. Limited exceptions may apply for meetings and facility needs. During daylight hours when the gate is closed, visitors may access the nature trails through the walk-in entrance located on the east side of the gate.
New on Mondays
Monday entry gate hours have been extended to allow visitors who cannot use the walk-in entrance after 5 p.m. to enjoy the wetlands at sunset. Continued extended access depends on visitors respecting the property and using it responsibly. If the EWEC team observes an increase in litter, vandalism or other issues that negatively affect the grounds or facilities, the extended Monday gate hours will be discontinued.
