Agricultural Control Permit Application

Use this form only to request a certificate of registration (COR) for agricultural control. Please fill out the form as completely and accurately as possible. No fees are associated with this request. All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

If you want to obtain clearance for a development project, please use the development survey request form.

†This statute says agricultural lands: must meet the general classification of irrigated, dryland, grazing land, orchard or meadow; must be capable of producing crops or forage; must be at least five contiguous acres (land less the five acres may qualify where devoted to agriculture use in conjunction with other eligible acreage under identical legal ownership); must be managed in such a way that there is a reasonable expectation of profit; must have been devoted to agricultural use for at least two successive years immediately preceding the year in which application is made; and must meet the average annual (per acres) production requirements.
