UTAH COUNTY — Conservation officers with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR) are seeking information about a buck deer that was killed and then dumped near the canal on Woodland Hills Drive in Salem. Investigators have determined that the animal was killed with archery equipment at another location.

An eyewitness saw the occupants of a stopped vehicle discard the animal's carcass on Aug. 20, 2019 at around 9:30 p.m.
