The Middle Provo River is fishing similar to the Lower Provo River. Fishing has been best midmorning. Midge and blue-winged olive (BWO) hatches are occurring regularly, and Skwala hatches are increasing. Try using cased-caddis nymphs, sow bugs, hares ears, BWO Barr's emergers, streamers, Skwala stonefly dry flies and nymphs, and a variety of midge larvae and pupae. (Last update 05-15-18)
