Provo River, Lower

Latest fishing report

The Lower Provo River is fishing similar to the Middle this time of year. The best fishing is mid morning to mid afternoon. Try a variety of egg patterns. Bright orange, translucent yellowish-orange, pink and peach-colored eggs work well during the spawn. As the spawn dwindles and there are limited hatches, switch to fishing midges, scuds, worms and leeches. (Last update 12-09-16)
