Provo River, Lower

Latest fishing report

Anglers are still catching good-sized brown trout. Fishing midday will be the most successful. For fly fishing, try using small-sized midges and mating midges. You may also want to try nymphing using small sized baetis, caddis larva, midge larva or pheasant tails. Rod guides and tips will freeze, so you may want to consider using a de-icing product. For spin-fishing, try using small inline spinners and metallic spoons. Regardless of tackle, use a slow retrieve. (Last update 01-03-19)
