The Lower Provo River is fishing similar to the Middle. There are no significant hatches happening. Anglers have reported success using glo bugs, hare's ears, sow bugs and San Juan worms. For those not fly fishing, try using Panther Martins, Blue Fox Classic Vibrax spinners and Rapalas. (Last update 01-06-17)
