Wrinkled marshsnail is known to occur throughout the intermountain west of North America eastward to Nebraska.
Habitat
This species occurs in a myriad of habitat types including: ditches, wetlands, marshes, streams, and rivers.
Threats or limiting factors
Threats to wrinkled marshsnail include: urban development, pollution, water management, improper grazing practices, habitat shifting and alteration, and increased temperatures.
