Sagamore Farms property:
This property is located about 2.5 miles south of Hyrum, UT on Highway 165, and 2 miles southeast of Hyrum Reservoir.
Standard rules:
- All hunters must sign in and out
- Park in the designated area
- Do not drive off the roads
- Do not drive past the parking area
- Please pick up all trash (even if it's not yours)
- Please respect this private property
- No shooting within 600 feet of buildings, houses or machinery

When opened for hunting: Between August 15 and May 31 for the years 2011 and 2012
When opened for fishing: Between January 1 and December 31 for the years 2011 and 2012
Hunters may harvest:Mule deer, Rocky Mountain elk, sharp-tailed grouse, ring-necked pheasant, wild turkey, gray (Hungarian) partridge, mourning dove and sandhill crane
Anglers may harvest:All legal fish species
Area to hunt and fish: 437 acres and 0.25 miles of the Little Bear River
