This property is located near Howell. Take I-84 N to exit 26 and then take the Howell ATK/Thiokol exit. Head south for approximately 4.5 miles, turn east on 13600 N and drive two miles to the location of the parking area and registration box.

Standard rules:

  • All hunters must sign in and out
  • Park in the designated area
  • Do not drive off the roads
  • Do not drive past the parking area
  • Please pick up all trash (even if it's not yours)
  • Please respect this private property
  • Stay more than 600 feet away from houses, buildings, machinery and livestock

Special rules:

  • Contact Ray Sorensen at (435) 471–7215 to set up a date to hunt
  • Hunters must talk with Mr. Sorensen personally, not just leave a message
  • Hunters must contact and set up date to hunt in advance
  • Limit of 10 hunters per day for each WIA area
  • This WIA property is closed for the first three days of the pheasant hunt
  • The general public may hunt this WIA property starting the Tuesday following the opening weekend of the pheasant hunt
  • This WIA property will be closed to accommodate the Youth Pheasant Hunt on Nov. 14, 2009 and will reopen for public use the following day, Nov. 15, 2009
  • Please leave maps and rules in the box

When opened: Between August 15 and December 31 for the years 2009 and 2010

Hunters may harvest: Mule deer, ring–necked pheasant, cotton–tailed rabbit, chukar partridge, gray (Hungarian) partridge, mourning dove, sharp–tail grouse, waterfowl
