Directions: This property is located about 16 miles west of Tremonton, Utah.

Standard rules:

• Do not drive off the roads
• Do not drive past the parking area
• Please pick up all trash (even if it's not yours)
• Please respect this private property
• No shooting within 600 feet of buildings, houses or machinery

Special rules:

• No camping or fires allowed
• This property is closed first three days of the pheasant hunt and opens starting the Tuesday following the opening weekend of pheasant hunt to the general public
• To hunt deer on the property, you must contact Brett Milligan, the landowner, at 435-230-4204
• This property is closed to mule deer hunting in 2012

When opened: Between August 30 and February 28 in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016; ending February 28, 2016

Hunters may harvest: Ring-necked pheasant, cotton-tailed rabbit, chukar partridge, gray (Hungarian) partridge, blue grouse, ruffed grouse, mourning dove, band-tailed pigeon and waterfowl

Area to hunt: 2,979 Acres
