Walk-In Access Program

C Thompson West property:

This property is located about 2 miles west of Clarkston, UT, and 6 miles south of the Utah-Idaho border. From Junction of SR 142 and 200 E in Clarkston head west to 100 West and turn right and follow this road for 1 mile. At the fork in the road turn left and follow this road west for 1.5 miles to parking and registration box.

Standard rules:

  • All hunters must sign in and out
  • Park in the designated area
  • Do not drive off the roads
  • Do not drive past the parking area
  • Please pick up all trash (even if it's not yours)
  • Please respect this private property
  • No shooting within 600 feet of buildings, houses or machinery

When opened: Between August 15 and December 31 for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011

Hunters may harvest:Mule deer, wild turkey, ring-necked pheasant, sharp-tailed grouse, gray (Hungarian) partridge, blue grouse, ruffed grouse, mourning dove and coyote
