Choke Cherry property

Directions: This property is located in West Box Elder county, south of the Ingham Peak road. Since this property is geographically remote, the easiest way to find it is to use the directions function in Google Maps. To create directions from your address, click on the "View Larger Map" link below the map image. When the full–sized map opens, click on one of the two blue parking area markers, click the "To here" link on the pop up and type in your address. Google will automatically create directions for you, including estimated travel time.

Standard rules:

  • All hunters must sign in and out
  • Park in the designated area
  • Do not drive off the roads
  • Do not drive past the parking area
  • Please pick up all trash (even if it's not yours)
  • Please respect this private property
  • No shooting within 600 feet of buildings, houses or machinery

Special rules:

  • Travel on property is by foot or horseback only
  • Hunters must sign in and out and travel within the property
  • Hunters must park at the registration area, or along or at the end of public roads and walk in from there
  • All private roads are marked as closed
  • Please stay on public roads only

When opened: Between August 16 and the following February 28 for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010

Hunters may harvest: Mule deer, cotton–tailed rabbit, chukar partridge, gray (Hungarian) partridge, California quail, sage grouse, mourning dove
