Sanpete County--Boundary begins at US-89 and SR-31 at Fairview; east and south on SR-31 to USFS Road 150 (Skyline Drive); south on this road to the Ephraim Canyon road; west on this road to Ephraim and 400 S; west on 400 S to US-89; north on US-89 to 100 North in Ephraim; west on 100 N to River Lane Road (West Side Road); north on this road to Wales and SR-117: east on SR-117 to US-89; north on US-89 to SR-31.
