Emery, Sanpete and Sevier counties--Boundary begins at SR-10 and I-70; west on I-70 to US-89; north on US-89 to SR-137; east on SR-137 to USFS Road 022 (Twelve Mile Canyon Road); east on this road to Twelve Mile Flat and USFS Road 043; southeast on this road to the North Fork of Muddy Creek near Oleys Lake; southeast along this creek to Muddy Creek; east along this creek to SR-10; south on SR-10 to I-70.
