The Spring Creek - Dodge Cooperative Wildlife Management Unit (CWMU) is to the northwest, north, northeast, southeast, and south of Monticello, Utah. It is a large CWMU with many scattered parcels. Much of the east boundary is on the border of Utah and Colorado. Elevations range from about 6800 feet to 7800 feet. The most common elevation is 6600 feet but ranges from 5800 feet to 8000 feet with an elevation difference of 2200 feet. Fifty percent (50%) of the CWMU elevation ranges between 6800 feet and 7000 feet an elevation difference of 200 feet.
