Millard and Sevier counties--Boundary begins at the junction of I-70 and I-15; north on I-15 to HWY 99 in Fillmore; north on HWY 99 to Chalk Creek Canyon Road; east on Chalk Creek Canyon Road to a point 2 miles east of the Forest Service boundary; south from this point along a line parallel to the Forest Service boundary to Forest Service Road 106; south on Forest Service Road 106 to I-70; west on I-70 to I-15.
