Millard County--Boundary begins at HWY 99 and Chalk Creek Canyon Road in Fillmore; north on HWY 99 to I-15 Frontage Road; north on Frontage Road Pioneer Canyon Road; east on Pioneer Canyon Road to Pioneer Canyon; east up the bottom of Pioneer Canyon to FS Road 96; south on FS 96 to Chalk Creek Canyon Road; west on Chalk Creek Canyon Road to HWY99.
