Emery, Sanpete and Sevier counties--Boundary begins at SR-57 and SR-10 near Castle Dale; west on SR-57 to SR-29; west on SR-29 to Ephraim and US-89; south on US-89 to SR-137; south on SR-137 to USFS Road 022 (Twelve Mile Canyon Road); east on this road to Twelve Mile Flat and USFS Road 043; southeast on this road to the North Fork of Muddy Creek near Oleys Lake; southeast along this creek to Muddy Creek; east along this creek to SR-10; north on SR-10 to SR-57.
