Grand County--Boundary begins at I-70 and the Utah-Colorado state line; west on I-70 to Exit 214 and the Diamond-Cottonwood Canyon road; north on this road to the Campbell Ranch and the base of the Book Cliffs escarpment; northeast along the base of this escarpment to the Utah-Colorado state line; south on this state line to I-70.
