The Division of Wildlife Resources is looking for Dedicated Hunters to assist on a habitat project in Iron County. This project consists of cutting Pinyon and Juniper trees that are regrowing in a recently treated area just south of Summit. The removal of these trees provides a suitable area for grasses and shrubs to grow. This will greatly improve the habitat for the wildlife that use the area for winter range. The date for this project is Saturday, May 17th. 8 Hours are available for dedicated hunters. Contact Tyrell at 435-868-8205 or Cody at 435-559-3482 for more information or to sign up for the project.
