Dear Brine Shrimp Harvester:
A sampling run on the south arm of Great Salt Lake was conducted on January 20–21, 2009. The enumeration and analysis have been completed. All presented values are per liter of lake water.
Despite the low cyst count, harvest in the south arm of Great Salt Lake will continue. We will assess the cyst count following the next sampling run.
