If your application to join the Dedicated Hunter Program is not drawn in 2013, you will receive a Dedicated Hunter preference point. This point improves your odds of being selected to join the program in a future drawing.

There are a few more things you should know about Dedicated Hunter preference points:

• You can apply for a Dedicated Hunter preference point separately. (You will be charged a nonrefundable $10 application fee.)
• Dedicated Hunter preference points can accumulate from year to year.
• Dedicated Hunter preference points are not the same as general-season buck deer preference points.
