Cougars will be among the items members of the Utah Wildlife Board discuss when they meet in Salt Lake City on Aug. 18, 2011.
The board is expected to approve rules and permit numbers for the state's upcoming cougar hunt.
The meeting begins at 9 a.m. at the Department of Natural Resources, 1594 W. North Temple. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
