 at the Tonaquint Nature Center and Park. The festival is designed for begin
 ning and experienced birders. Daytime activities include field trips, prese
 ntations, kid's workshops, Junior Birder Program, exhibits, live birds and 
 more. On Saturday evening there will be a dinner highlighting keynote speak
 er, Christopher Balmer at Best Western Abbey Inn. This well-known and natio
 nally published nature photographer will deliver a lecture on the beauty an
 d fascination that many people have with owls. A bird photography contest w
