Beginning Sept. 17, 2012, both residents and nonresidents can apply for a cougar limited-entry permit at wildlife.utah.gov. You can also apply by calling any Division office. Your application for a cougar limited-entry permit or a cougar bonus point must be submitted through wildlife.utah.gov no later than 11 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2012.
