Remaining sharp-tail grouse permits

Sharp-tail grouse permits that remained after the 2010 drawing

On August 5, 2010, the remaining sharp-tailed grouse permits go on sale at many DWR offices, authorized vendors and online. The numbers below are the permits that remained after the 2010 sandhill crane and grouse drawings. We will not update these numbers to reflect available permits after the sales begin. These hunts might sell out rapidly.

The DWR does not guarantee access to any private land. Hunt unit boundaries may include private property, Native American trust lands or other excluded areas. We suggest that hunters research land accessibility before purchasing a hunting permit.
