Utah State University and the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources are working together to test an innovative new electrified deterrent device designed to reduce wildlife access to highways in Utah.
To test the deterrent device, this project needs help to construct six fenced exclosures at the Hardware Ranch Wildlife Management Area near Logan, Utah. Volunteers are needed to help erect woven wire fencing, drive t-posts, and would get to spend the day working outdoors in a beautiful location on an innovative research project.
Volunteers will need to bring: Gloves, hat, sun protection, water, and a lunch. Pliers, tin snips, and fencing tools are a plus
